Christopher
joined Iannuzzi, Manetta & Company as a Senior Tax
Manager in 2002. With experience in public
accounting since 1996, he manages our tax practice
and is responsible for tax administration, technical
issues, tax consulting and compliance. Chris focuses
on providing solutions to technical tax problems,
minimizing tax liability, identifying opportunities
for profit enhancement, expense reduction, asset
protection and consulting on complex tax and
transaction matters. He has experience with cost
segregation, mergers and acquisitions, state, local
and international tax planning and compliance, and
entity structure organization. He performs business
and individual tax planning, handles tax matters
affecting closely held businesses and their owners,
and represents clients in disputes with various tax
authorities.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris spent 7 years at a
national Big 4 CPA firm, servicing clients ranging
in revenue from $1 million to over $100 billion.
There he was primarily responsible for federal and
state income tax consulting for corporate and
partnership entities, including tax methods,
acquisition and divestiture structuring,
international tax planning and tax compliance. He
brings extensive experience in servicing a diverse
client base across an array of business and tax
issues.
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant, with a BS in
Accountancy from Walsh College.
